It is with a heavy heart that we are forced to cancel all planned RINGANA Live events (FRESH ups, START ups, B-Days, Academies and the RINGANA Convention) until 31.12.2020 inclusive. Anybody who booked their ticket via the RINGANA Event Portal will receive a full ticket refund for the respective event in the shape of a product credit note. This will be organised in the next 15 working days. You do not need to contact the RINGANA Event Department – refunds will be automatic, and will be issued in chronological order in line with the sequence of events. Once the product credit note has been issued by the Event Department team, the value will automatically be deducted during your next product order and the payment method “On Account” will be displayed – this will not be visible during the ordering process. In order to obtain this credit you must choose “on account” and no voucher code can be input at the same time for the transaction.
But don’t worry! Just because we’re not staging any live events at the moment, it doesn’t mean you have to do without the RINGANA experience. The big day is coming up on 26.09.2020 – when we’ll be holding the first RINGANA Virtual Convention. Note the date in your diary now, and be sure to keep this day free! RINGANA Events | So new
There are quite a few things happening with regard to RINGANA Events. We’re currently working flat out on new and innovative concepts that will take our events to an even higher level. If the situation allows, we’ll be launching our new RINGANA Event concepts before the year is out. Wait and see!
